adequate accommodation
excellent locationprofessional staffdelayed roomdusty surfaces
the location is superb for seeing major sights. i found it easy to walk to many attractions from the hotel. the staff were professional and helpful throughout my visit.
my room was not ready for several hours past the stated check-in time. i also noticed dust on door handles. the curtains were also damaged.

watery eggsgrout attention
the breakfast was quite basic , i found it similar to what you might get at a premier inn , the scrambled eggs were watery. our room overlooked an interior courtyard , it felt a bit claustrophobic. the air conditioning was quite loud , it made it difficult to sleep soundly. i also noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom , the grout needed some attention.

my stay had notable drawbacks. initially, the room assigned showed a lack of thorough cleaning. furthermore, the promised resolution regarding a refund for the room upgrade has not materialized despite assurances. this lack of follow-through is disappointing.
