Much Larger Space Than Expected

I was quite incredulous when I got a nice bedroom with an attached sitting room and two large computer/movie screens. The bathroom had a large tub and a separate shower with adequate sink space. The room was more than adequate, especially with the perfect air conditioning during the heat wave.

Awesome Breakfast Buffet

Breakfast was, in a word, awesome. There was a buffet style for ham and eggs, various breads and rolls, juices, coffees, fruits, strawberries and clotted cream, and hot porridge on request. It was truly nourishing and a highlight of my stay!

Luxurious Bathroom Amenities

The bathroom was fantastic! It had both a shower and a separate tub, along with nice fluffy bathrobes and slippers. The attention to detail made it a wonderful space to unwind after exploring the city.

Great Media Setup

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was fantastic and I loved my room, I was really disappointed with the service and dining options. There were cleanliness issues in the room and the breakfast was not worth the price. Overall, I feel like I didn't get good value for my money.

The upgrade to a Superior Studio with a fantastic view of the London Eye was a great touch.
