7.0/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was fantastic and I loved my room, I was really disappointed with the service and dining options. There were cleanliness issues in the room and the breakfast was not worth the price. Overall, I feel like I didn't get good value for my money.

Rooms
7.0
The room I was given was nice, but I initially received a single bed instead of the double I was expecting. After some back and forth, I finally got a room with a double bed, which was comfortable enough.
Service
5.0
I found the service lacking. The reception staff were not very attentive, and I had to wait a long time to get assistance with my room situation.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to major attractions, which made it easy to explore.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was disappointing. The options were limited, and even when I asked for something specific, the service was slow and I ended up feeling short changed.
Facilities
5.0
There were other issues too, like the gym and pool requiring reservations, which I found quite inconvenient, especially for a hotel of this caliber.

7.8/10

I had a lovely week at Park Plaza, enjoying its unbeatable location near iconic landmarks and the friendly service. The upgrade to a Superior Studio with a fantastic view of the London Eye was a great touch. However, the breakfast variety could use some improvement, and it was frustrating to deal with the refund issues after my cancellation.

Rooms
8.0
The Superior Studio was comfortable and offered an amazing view of Big Ben, but there was a minor cleanliness issue with the sheets.
Service
6.0
Service was generally great, especially with the check-in and the bar staff, but the response to refund inquiries was quite slow and unhelpful.
Location
10.0
The hotel is perfectly situated across the Thames from Parliament and Big Ben, making it easy to explore major attractions on foot.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast buffet was handy for quick morning meals, though the limited choices were a bit disappointing.
Facilities
8.0
The on-site bar was enjoyable for evening drinks and snacks, but due to the size of the hotel, some areas felt a bit bustling.

6.6/10

The hotel has a vibrant bar with great cocktails and a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. While the staff was friendly, the cleanliness and service during peak times left much to be desired. The location is central, making it convenient to explore London, but can be busy and overwhelming. Overall, it's a mixed experience but still offers some enjoyable moments.

Rooms
6.0
The room we stayed in had a decent view but was a bit shabby, with some furniture showing signs of wear.
Service
5.0
The service was hit or miss; while some staff were polite and helpful, overall customer service could be improved, especially in addressing concerns promptly.
Location
8.0
The hotel is centrally located, close to many of London's landmarks, which is great for sightseeing but can be quite crowded.
Dining
7.0
The bar dining experience was enjoyable with high-quality cocktails and great live music, but the breakfast was not included and could be pricey.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offers nice facilities, including a well-maintained bar and live entertainment, but could benefit from better housekeeping.

Location
10.0
The hotel is located in a fantastic area, just a short walk from several major attractions and conveniently situated between two train stations.
Dining
